L&M Developers, Inc was founded in 1999 by Michael A. Woychosky in Springfield, Vermont with the intention to provoid quality housing at affordable prices. L&M Developers has grown conciderably since its inception, and currently has a portfolio of xx properties that have a combined yy units. L&M Developers currently employs two full time employees and one sub-contractor.
